4. For a long time I have been thinking about buying Pontian lyra. In fact I was planning trip to Greece for buying one. I saw The Violineri at PontosWorld and I got in contact with Aris. After several e-mails I was happy to meet such a person. He sent photos and video links of lyras, gave information about instrument. He was quite honest and helpful that I decided to buy. When I talked with people about buying lyra from Australia they were skeptical. My personal expectations about the lyra was low too.
I had some concerns about shipment but Aris explained me that he had shipped several lyras without any damage. Then I made the payment via Paypal. When I received photos of the package I saw that it is almost impossible to give damage to lyra.
When I received the lyra, I was astonished. It's not an ordinary instrument and I was not expecting such a fine instrument. Craftsmanship and quality of wood are spectacular. I really liked the sound. It was quite what I was looking for. I was very impressed with the bow too. The price was very reasonable for such quality. This lyra will be played with pleasure for years. I will buy 2nd lyra soon.

Uzun zamandır Rum kemençesi almak istiyordum. Hatta bunun için Yunanistana gidecektim. The Violineriye PontosWorldde gördüm ve Arisle iletişime geçtim. Oldukça dürüst ve yardımcı olduğu için almaya karar verdim. Avustralyadan kemençe alacağımı söylediğimde insanlar biraz garipsedi. Aslında benimde kemençe hakkındaki bekletilerim çok düşüktü.
