Potatoes, oil, onions, parsley (optional: use adjika)
Note: The potatoes should be cut circular and the onions sliced.


- Before the oil gets too hot, place the potatoes in the pan and fry them with the lid closed.
- Just before you take them out, add the sliced onions and the adjika (optional) until they start to wilt.
- When ready, add the chopped parsley.
