Pontic Salad - Ποντιακή σαλάτα



1 boiled chicken
Walnuts (a handful)
8-10 dry prunes
Sour cream and/or mayonnaise

Put the prunes into hot water for 10 minutes, in order to make them soft. Chop the chicken meat and the lettuce. grind the walnuts with a mixer (but do not reduce them to dust!) Remove stalks from the prunes and chop the prunes. Mix everything together, add salt and sour cream and/or mayonnaise. (Sour cream is traditional, but we prefer to mix it with mayonnaise).
