Since it isn't easy to make Perek on a satz, we can make something quicker, by purchasing Lavashia and Tsokalik. We fry the Lavashia with cow's butter, fill them with Tsokalik (or any other type of cheese) and consume it with Tan (diluted yoghurt). The delicacy is otherwise known as a Bereketi.
Tip: Before frying the Lavashia, spray some water on the frying pan so that they do not crack during frying.
